We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns

To return your product you need to opt any of the 2 options below:

1. Self ship the product to:

Note: Receipt of courier to be shared for reimbursement which should not exceed more than 15% of the product value

2. We will provide you return shipping label which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same. 

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@curioushues.com 

Delivery and Shipping

Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-10 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Larger furniture items may take up to one  week to deliver if in stock, and 30 days to deliver if under production. Please get in touch with us for most accurate delivery timelines.

We offer free shipping above Rs.2999 Pan-India on most of our products, including furniture.
